Clinical Therapist, KAP (Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy)

Sydney Klatt, ASW

My mission is to support people in achieving their personal goals by processing life’s challenges and integrating life’s lessons.

Sydney Klatt is a Clinical Social Worker and Psychotherapist who specializes in Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP). Her areas of focus are trauma-informed care, anxiety, and depression.

Sydney uses Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy as a tool to help clients bring subconscious material to the conscious and help people get unstuck from patterns and beliefs that no longer serve them. Sydney approaches her work from a place of wholeheartedness and compassion, and she believes that the therapy space provides a valuable opportunity to process life’s challenges and integrate life’s lessons.

Sydney received her master’s degree in social work from Sacramento State University, Sacramento with a bachelor’s degree in Global Studies from University of California, Santa Barbara. Sydney was trained in Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy through Fluence and the Psychedelic Coalition for Health. She is trained in Somatic Experiencing, Narrative Therapy, CBT, DBT, and Trauma-Focused CBT modalities, as well as psychedelic integration. Her work centers the LGBTQIA+ community by providing gender-affirming and queer-positive care.

Sydney has a background in trauma-informed yoga and brings the principles of yoga and mindfulness into the therapy space by inviting clients to connect with themselves through presence and awareness of physical body and breath. She values the expertise of each person’s lived experience and strives to facilitate clients’ connection to their own innate healing wisdom. She deeply respects the dignity and worthiness of every human and believes firmly in each person’s innate capacity for growth and healing.
