No, we are out of network and so we will not bill your insurance. We can provide you with a superbill that you may submit, however we cannot guarantee any coverage and/or reimbursement.

Yes, we offer telemedicine appointments for both new and existing patients.

We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you miss your appointment without notification, your card on file will be charged the full amount of your scheduled appointment. If you cancel your scheduled appointment within the 24-hour window, your card on file will be charged half the amount of the regularly priced appointment. Discovery Calls will incur a $75 no-show charge and a $50 late cancellation charge.

During this call, you will learn more about the doctor's approach and how they work. If you want to know if your specific health concern is something the doctor can treat, you can address this but as this call is purely informational, you will not receive any medical or treatment advice at this time.

Your first appointment will be a 1 hour visit. Your Citrin Wellness provider will review your health concerns, medical history, lifestyle, and any specific goals you have for your wellness journey.

Based on the information gathered during your consultation and assessment, our practitioners will work with you to develop a personalized treatment plan.

Depending on your insurance plan and benefits, labs from Quest Diagnostics may be fully covered.

If your insurance does not fully cover the panel we request, we do have lower cost cash lab options to suggest.

All of the functional lab tests we use are cash based and vary in cost.

Quest Diagnostics (insurance-covered), RUPA for lower-cost home collection kits, and functional lab tests via home collection kits available for pickup or delivery.

Please be sure to fill out the questionnaires online prior to your initial consultation.

If you have any lab work or relevant medical records, we strongly encourage you to share them electronically with us before your appointment or bring physical copies for your provider to review.

We do not do any lab testing at our office, so fasting is not necessary before your appointment.

Your provider will create an in depth treatment plan with detailed instructions to follow.

Follow up appointments will be 30 minutes in person or via telehealth.

The number of appointments needed varies depending on the individual and the nature of their health concerns. Some patients may require only a few appointments for symptom relief, while others may benefit from ongoing support and monitoring.

For all prescriptions from the pharmacy, please contact your pharmacy directly. We receive electronic refill requests and will accept on your behalf.

You may also message your treatment coordinator via email or the Charm portal and we can send in refills on your behalf.

Please contact your treatment coordinator to refill your peptide. We can prep it for you to pick up at the office or can have it shipped to you via FedEx.

You can also buy more than a 1 month supply if you are planning to be on the peptides for a longer period of time.

We have our online dispensary through Fullscript.com. At your initial appointment, a Fullscript account is created for you and you will receive an email and text message from us confirming.

You can login to this account at any time to reorder supplements. Don't see a specific supplement in your Fullscript account? You can request this from your account or message your treatment coordinator specifically.

We can send your standard pharmaceutical medications to any pharmacy of your choice.

For compounded medications, we choose the Compounding Pharmacy of Beverly Hills. If you prefer a different compounding pharmacy, please inform your treatment coordinator at the end of your visit.

Instructions as to when to get your lab work done will always be located on your treatment plan in your Charm portal.

It's important to follow instructions carefully especially in regard to labs that require fasting and labs that require specific days and times of day to test.

If you have questions about when you should have your lab samples collected, you can always contact your treatment coordinator for clarification.
